๐ŸŒน This place sucked in the best way possible. What a beautiful dump.

๐ŸŒน Those taro fries, bro.

Jess left a remembrance on Il Vagabondo:

๐ŸŒน When we'd come to visit my grandparents on Long Island, my parents would take my brother and me into the city for the chicken parm at Il Vagabondo. One of the few places I remember my parents being happy while they were together. RIP Il Vagabondo and my parents' marriage.

Nick left a remembrance on An Choi:

๐ŸŒน rly missing those taro fries rn :'(

Emily Szasz left a remembrance on Mandoo Bar:

๐ŸŒน Mandoo had the best, well, mandoo in the city and also had amazing barley tea. It was a cozy nook that I associate with many good times and good meals. I hold out hope it will reopen one day.

Caden left a remembrance on Sugar and Plumm:

๐ŸŒน The best chicken and waffles Iโ€™ve ever had. I still dream about their house made hot sauce. Disappointed every time I walk past where it used to be and itโ€™s a Tacombi. RIP

Cg left a remembrance on Benny's Burritos:

๐ŸŒน My dad always used to take me here. A childhood classic - great food good price good vibes

PF left a remembrance on Stage Restaurant:

๐ŸŒน Miss the early morning breakfasts at the counter. 2 eggs over medium, bacon, potatoes, wheat toast (no butter).

Hugh Jass left a remembrance on Hana Sushi:

๐ŸŒน Used to have lunch here, pour one out for my homie

David left a remembrance on Simply It:

๐ŸŒน Going to Simply It was like going to a family dinner. Tuan always remembered us when we walked in. His claypot chicken is the best Iโ€™ve ever had. The bubble tea smoothies were fresh and delicious. I simply miss Simply It.

jake left a remembrance on Bischoff's:

๐ŸŒน I found out I needed glasses here! My grandma took me when I was 10 years old. We sat down at the counter and I asked her to menu on the wall in front of me. She asked โ€œcanโ€™t you read it?โ€ and I said โ€œitโ€™s blurry!โ€ After we finished our ice cream, we went home and she told my mom โ€œhe needs glasses!โ€ My favorite thing to get was a banana milkshake with chocolate syrup. They also had a great seasonal flavor called pumpkin fudge, which was exactly what it sounds like.

CSUS alum left a remembrance on Tex Wasabi's:

๐ŸŒน Your gringo sushi offerings were delicious and affordable. You will be missed.

Nick Shapiro left a remembrance on New Parthenon:

๐ŸŒน So many happy family dinners here. Parents, Grandparents, they've all passed away, and now this place itself has too. We'll keep it alive in our hearts!

Anatol left a remembrance on Tani's Kitchen:

๐ŸŒน One of my favorite places when I lived there. Absolutely goated. I hope the owner has a good retirement :)

Dani left a remembrance on Adobe Cafe:

๐ŸŒน This place was so neat! Tucked in a quiet little residential street, it had such a cool little vibe.

Zack left a remembrance on Nida's Thai on High:

๐ŸŒน You were my favorite restaurant in all of Columbus - I hope I can someday find another that will allow me to forget you.

Steven B left a remembrance on The Signature Room at the 95th:

๐ŸŒน We brought some friends here for a nice cocktail and to see the view in December 2021. Much better deal to get the lovely view from (close to) the top of the Hancock building, and also get a little hammered. You will be sorely missed.

Todd M left a remembrance on Northeast Kingdom:

๐ŸŒน THE GREATEST BURGERS EVERY CREATED IN AMERICA! The loss of Northeast Kingdom was also the point of "peak Bushwick," the culture of the neighborhood collapsed entirely right after NE Kingdom closed. RIP to the best burger restaurant ever!

LC left a remembrance on HomeTown Buffet:

๐ŸŒน Not the location I went to but I loved Hometown Buffet. Growing up with Chinese immigrant parents who only made Chinese food at home, this place was my introduction to a lot of American comfort food. The stuffing, mac and cheese, fried chicken, soft serve, etc. I also loved that they would give my brother and me balloons when we were kids. RIP Hometown Buffet!
